What you’re buying

WP Block Suite is a bundle of four WordPress plugins: Ultimate Blocks Pro, Tableberg Pro, Galleryberg Pro and Sliderberg Pro. The price is $299, paid once. It includes the Pro version of each plugin, licence keys, updates and priority support. There are no recurring charges.

“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the product. It is a commitment to keep serving these plugins, not a legal promise that any product exists forever. What support covers is set out in the Support Policy.

Checkout and delivery

Purchases are processed by Freemius, our e-commerce partner. Freemius handles payment, receipts and applicable taxes; we never see your card details. Their terms and privacy policy apply to the transaction. Delivery is instant: downloads and licence keys arrive in your Freemius account after payment.

Licensing

The plugins are open-source software released under the GNU General Public License — version 3 for Ultimate Blocks; version 2 or later for Tableberg, Galleryberg and Sliderberg. The GPL gives you broad rights to run, study and modify the code. We don’t restrict them.

What your purchase adds is services: Pro downloads, licence keys, automatic updates and priority support. Keys are issued to you and work on unlimited sites you own or build, including client sites. Don’t resell keys, share them publicly, or redistribute them — keys are how we know who to support. If a key is abused we may deactivate it. Your GPL rights over code you already have survive any deactivation.

Every purchase carries a 30-day money-back guarantee — full refund, no questions. Details in the Refund Policy.

Updates and compatibility

We ship updates on a reasonable-efforts basis. We don’t guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin or hosting setup. Supported WordPress and PHP versions change over time as the platform moves.

Acceptable use

Don’t use our services to break the law, misrepresent a purchase, or abuse the people answering support. In serious cases we may refuse service. GPL rights to the code survive regardless.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, as stated in the GPL. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes appear on this page with a new “last updated” date. Changes to what a purchase includes never apply retroactively to completed purchases.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
