The guarantee

Every WP Block Suite purchase carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn’t right, ask within 30 days of purchase. You get every dollar back. We won’t ask why.

How to request one

Email hey@dotcamp.com from the address you bought with, or include your order number. Say “refund”. That’s the whole process.

What happens next

Refunds are processed through Freemius to your original payment method. Banks usually take a few business days to show it. Your licence keys deactivate once the refund is issued.

After a refund

The free versions of all four plugins remain yours on WordPress.org. Content you built keeps rendering — the blocks save ordinary HTML. You lose Pro features, updates and priority support, and nothing else.

This policy covers purchases of WP Block Suite made on wpblocksuite.com. Plugins bought standalone from their own sites follow the policies published there.

This guarantee sits on top of any rights your local consumer law gives you. It never replaces them.
