Support Policy
Last updated: August 13, 2026. What “lifetime priority support” actually means, in writing.
Who gets what
- Suite customers. Priority support for the lifetime of the products, answered by the developers who wrote the code. Reach us at hey@dotcamp.com.
- Free-version users. Community support in each plugin’s forum on WordPress.org. We read those too.
What support covers
- Installing, activating and configuring the four plugins.
- Bugs in our code — we reproduce them, then fix them in an update.
- Usage questions: “how do I build this with that block”.
- Conflicts with themes and other plugins, investigated on a reasonable-efforts basis.
What it doesn’t cover
- Custom development and custom CSS.
- Fixing third-party plugins or themes.
- Building your site for you.
- Debugging modified copies of our code.
Response times
We answer in the order received; suite customers queue first. We don’t publish a formal SLA — we’d rather be fast than promise fast. Support responsiveness is the most repeated compliment in our WordPress.org reviews.
What “lifetime” means
Support lasts the lifetime of the products, same as updates. That means the product’s lifetime — the Terms say this too, and we mean it plainly.
If support can’t fix it
If we can’t solve your problem and you’re inside the 30-day window, take the refund. The Refund Policy makes that easy on purpose.
