# Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 13, 2026. The short version: we collect what selling and supporting the plugins requires, and nothing more.



## Who is responsible

This site is operated by DotCamp LLC, Brooklyn, New York. Privacy questions and requests: **hey@dotcamp.com**.

## What we collect, and why

- **Purchase data.** Checkout runs through Freemius. They collect your name, email, country and payment details. We receive your name, email and order details — never your card. Freemius’s [privacy policy](https://freemius.com/privacy/) covers their side.
- **Licence and update data.** When a plugin activates a licence or checks for updates, it communicates with Freemius. That includes your site URL and plugin version.
- **Support correspondence.** Whatever you send us when you ask for help. We keep it for context when you come back.
- **Server logs.** Standard web-server logs: IP address, user agent, pages requested. Kept briefly, for security and debugging.
- **Cookies.** Covered in the [Cookie Policy](https://wpblocksuite.com/cookie-policy/). This site currently runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

## What we don’t do

We don’t sell personal data. We don’t run ads. We don’t buy data about you.

## Who else touches the data

Freemius (checkout, licensing, updates), the payment networks behind them, and the hosting and email providers we use to run the business. Each processes only what its job requires.

## How long we keep it

Order and licence records last as long as your licence, plus what tax and accounting law require. Support threads are kept so we have context if you return. Logs rotate on a short cycle.

## Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email **hey@dotcamp.com**. Deleting order records may be limited by tax and accounting law. Depending on where you live — EU/UK GDPR, California’s CCPA — you may have further statutory rights.

## Children

This site sells developer tools. It isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

## Changes

If our data practices change, this page changes first, with a new “last updated” date.
